On my first phone call, they immediately forwarded me to an expert for advice over the phone. The expert asked several questions about the condition of the building, past inspections, and evidence of problems I may have noticed. I agreed to an on-site inspection scheduled later in the same week.
Description of Work: They offered to inspect the entire house for termite damage and infestation or to just look as specific problems. They gave some advice on corrective action over the phone. The on site inspection and corrective action have not yet been performed.
